What We Are Building

India has 265 million K-12 students (UDISE+ 2023-24) and an estimated 10 lakh+ coaching and extracurricular academies. No platform connects these academies, parents, and schools into one holistic view of each child's skills.

The National Education Policy 2020, National Curriculum Framework 2023, and PARAKH frameworks mandate Holistic Progress Cards across 6 developmental domains for all CBSE-affiliated schools. The Government's APAAR / ABC digital-identity programme has issued 36+ crore IDs — but the supply pipeline for verified, non-academic skill data is empty.

Skilfo is the connective layer. Academies issue verified, AI-designed skill credentials. Parents receive a unified, WhatsApp-shareable lifelong child portfolio. Schools auto-generate HPC sections across all 6 NEP domains. An AI-driven career counsellor reads each child's complete longitudinal profile to deliver data-driven, informed career discovery.

The long-term asset is data. As AI matures, the platform that owns the cleanest holistic data on a child becomes the most reliable judge of their skill profile and future career fit. Skilfo is laying that infrastructure today — for the careers of 2035 and beyond.

As a platform handling children's data (ages 3-18) with AI features, payments, and a multi-stakeholder marketplace, Orbisight Labs LLP has mapped Skilfo's operations against 28 applicable Indian regulations. Eight core controls are operational today:
